LICENSES – CERTIFICATES

OCEANIC SECURITY S.A. has gained the following certifications:

1. ISO 9001:2008 IN THE FIELD OF SERVICES AND SECURITY SYSTEMS APPLICATION

2. ISO 18001: 2007 IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND WORK INSURANCE APPLICATIONS

3. It possesses an operational license by the Ministry of Public Order, according to Law 2518/1997.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

:The Company, in co-operation with its Insurance Company, fulfills it responsibility to be insured against General Civil Liability risk. Any losses or damages to customer premises; customer staff; clients; or any third party which are incurred exclusively due to the negligence of the company or its employees, are insured for the following amounts: € 2,000,000.00 per +person for physical injuries or death; € 2,000,000.00 per incident or group accident for property damages; and a maximum limit for the total duration of insurance of € 6,000,000.00 . The abovementioned insurance covers the General Civil Liability of the company up to the amount of € 4,000,000.00 , and additionally, the Professional Civil Liability up to the amount of € 2,000,000.00 .

TRAINING

The company, with expertise, organization and infrastructure skills, aims to provide high quality services. The continuous qualitative upgrading of our services is guaranteed by our specialist training department for employees and executives. The specialist training department includes the following personnel: Associates and Instructors in Physical Safety; retired Hellenic Police Officers; psychologists; electricians; electrical engineers; and university graduates from Departments of Electronic Security.

The general educationand training covers:

Any existing risks within the internal and external settings.

The warning signals of dangers, their meaning, and appropriate reactions.

Adescription of responsibilities and the appropriate sequence of actions to be implemented.

Excellent knowledge and use of lifesavings materials, such as extinguishers, first aids, etc.

The deactivation procedures of utilities.

Procedures and methods of evacuation, gathering areas, team leaders.

STAFF: Staff are selected after undergoing an interview process and a basic psychological test. The staff, who provide company services, possess a relevant work permit prescribed by Law.
